主讲人：郭晓杰
【个人简介】
郭晓杰，天津大学长聘副教授（associate professor with tenure）、博导、“北洋青年科学家”。他的主要研究领域包括计算机视觉和机器学习，已在相关领域顶级期刊会议发表60余篇论文。他曾于2010年获得国际模式识别协会Best student paper award，指导学生于2018年获得ICME best student paper award runner-up。他担任IEEE Access副主编、多个顶级会议（ICCV, CVPR, ACM MM, AAAI, NIPS等）的程序委员会成员，担任多个顶级期刊（IEEE TPAMI, TIP, TMM, TGRS, PR, CVIU等）审稿人、担任国家自然科学基金评审专家。他入选2018年CCF-腾讯犀牛鸟青年学者。他是中国图象图形学会-图象视频通信专委会委员以及IEEE/ACM/CCF会员。
【报告内容简介】
当今，视觉数据几乎充斥我们生活的每个角落。自古以来，人们对美的追求从未停止，但迫于有限的摄像设备和技巧，往往难以获得满意的照片。傻瓜式的美图工具应运而生，且有大批忠实用户。本次沙龙将从图像处理和计算机视觉的角度拆解美化图片的功能（磨皮、瘦脸等）细节。

About the Lecture:
Nowadays, visual data is everywhere. Since time immemorial, human beings never ever stop pursuing "beauty". However, due to limited photographing devices and skills, people often capture images that are of unsatisfactory quality. Consequently, auto-beatification apps emerge with a huge bunch of fans. This talk will try to tell how image beatifying tools/functions work.
